Registration
is open to qualified members of the general public as well as ION partner institutions.
The registration fee is determined by membership status, course length, and course level.
Effective December 1, 2011 MVCR fees are:
Promotional Introductory Rate
$265 for any First-time registration in an MVCR core or elective courses except the
Practicum. Only applies if participant has no prior registrations in MVCR program. May not be applied by an employe of a partner institution
General Public (graduate level educators/trainers not affiliated with ION member)
$530 for all MVCR core and elective courses except the
Practicum ($630.)
$300 for Advanced Online Seminars
National and Global ION member institutions
$265 for all MVCR core and elective courses except the
Practicum ($315.)
$150 for Advanced Online Seminars
Initial Membership $1250/year
Annual Institutional Membership $1,000 (join now)
Founding ION Members (participating Illinois Community Colleges)
$100 for all MVCR core and elective courses except the
Practicum ($120.)

Additional discounts available for volume purchases. Affiliation status will be verified.
For courses
taken for CEU's, payment must be received by the seventh day of
the course (one calendar week following the start of the course) and may be done online using the link included with the emailed invoice, or paid in the form of a check, money order, purchase
order, or credit card. You may also contact ION staff by phone to pay by credit
card. Purchase Orders must include the institution's taxpayer ID (FEIN)

Refunds
If a course is canceled or rescheduled, you may request a refund or a transfer to another course.
If you withdraw a paid registration by the end of the drop/add period (2nd day of class), a refund may processed.
Withdrawal of a paid registration before the end of the first week of class is permitted - the payment will be credited to a subsequent term.
