Getting Around

For attendees staying in the conference hotels listed on the "Accommodations" link of this website, bus shuttle service will be available for conference events and meals. A detailed schedule of the bus shuttles will be provided in your conference registration materials.

Free parking will be available during the conference sessions in Lot D9, located at the corner of Illinois Street and Lincoln Avenue. The lot entrance is on Illinois Street. Guests will need to obtain a parking permit from the Illinois Street Residence Hall (ISR) front desk. The vertical lines in the online campus map to the right of ISR represent the parking lot.

During time designated as free time, or at any point when conference activities are not going on, you will need to rely on your own personal transportation or the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District buses to get around town. A street map is available online, and campus maps will be provided in your registration materials.
