7) What are the reasons that you have been unable to use my new skills/knowledge

Of those respondents who were not able to able to use the skills/knowledge
that they learned in an MVCR course (N=16), 39% stated that the reason was
because they haven't had the opportunity while 22% explained that resources
are not available.
