Question: How do I check my grades?
Answer: Locate the Administration Block on your course's home page (Top Right)
and click Grades.
Question: Why are my Chat messages dispalying in duplicate?
Answer: This occurs most often for people using a Mac with OS X and Internet
Explorer or an older version of Netscape. We suggest using a more friendly
cross-platform browser such as Mozilla, Firefox, or Opera.

Question: Why do I keep getting so many Emails?
Answer: You might be getting a lot of e-mails because your profile is set
to automatically subscribe you to forums. To check this setting, find the
People Block on the right side of your home page and click Edit Profile.
Scroll down and find Forum auto-subscribe. This option allows you to decide
whether or not you wish to be automatically subscribed to the forums you
visit and post to. Subscribed means that you will receive email copies of
every post in that forum (posts are sent about 30 minutes after the post
was first written).
Question: Why does my chat flash and blink while I'm typing?
Answer: Moodle's chat module uses a refreshing method that causes this effect.
It is exaggerated by satellite and low-bandwidth connections.
